1. What is RFID clothing tags?

RFID woven labels and RFID hangtags are the two most common types of RFID garment labels.
RFID garment tags are primarily used by retailers for quick inventory management of clothing. When the customer purchases the garment, the RFID garment tag on the apparel completes its mission.
RFID woven tags, also known as RFID care tags, are typically sewn to the inside of a garment’s collar. The RFID function of the care tag will be disabled after customer has purchased the clothes and washed them several times. The tag is called an RFID care label because the merchant will print text tips about clothes washing and care on it.

2. What are the main materials of the RFID woven labels?

The woven tag is completed by double-sided ribbon or double-sided nylon or two different materials on two sides compound with Inlay.

Ribbon woven label

This type of product can only be regular rectangle or square, can not be made into a round shape or others. But the ribbon woven label is softer than the nylon woven label.

Nylon woven label

This kind of products can be die cut by flat die-cutting machine in various shapes to meet the customization needs of clients.

3. What is the RFID hangtags?

The face stock of hangtag is commonly used coated paper, we can also customize different materials according to the needs of customers.
Support the specified glue as label adhesive, we commonly use the hot melt adhesive.
Support the common printing technology.
